§ 111.17 ISSUANCE OF ON-SALE LICENSES RESTRICTED.
   A retail on-sale license shall be granted only to bona fide clubs, beer stores, bars, restaurants, taverns, saloons, hotels, motels and other similar establishments. A special one-day or short-term license may be granted to bona fide clubs, churches or civic or fraternal organizations.
