§ 111.15 LICENSE REQUIRED.

A license shall be required to sell or offer for sale beer, ale or any other similar beverage classified by the state as a 3.2% malt liquor. Licenses shall be of either the retail on-sale type or of the retail off-sale type as described herein and as shown on the face of the license.
