§ 111.01 NUDITY ON PREMISES.
   The following acts of conduct on licensed premises are deemed contrary to public welfare and morals and, therefore, no on-sale intoxicating liquor or 3.2% malt beverages shall be held at any premises where the following conduct or acts are permitted:
   (A)   The employment of any hostess, barmaid, waitress, waiter, bartender, independent contractor or any such other person, in the sale or service of intoxicating liquor and/or 3.2% malt beverages while such person is in a state of “nudity”, as defined by M.S. § 617.292, Subd. 3, as it may be amended from time to time; and
   (B)   The permitting of any person to perform, whether by dancing, displaying lingerie or any other activities or entertainment while in the state of “nudity”, as defined by M.S. § 617.292, Subd. 3, as it may be amended from time to time.
