§ 30.04 ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Each meeting of the Council shall convene at the time and place appointed and business shall be conducted in the following order:
      (1)   Call to order;
      (2)   Roll call;
      (3)   Approval of minutes;
      (4)   Public hearings;
      (5)   Petitions, requests and communications;
      (6)   Ordinances and resolutions;
      (7)   Reports of officers, boards and committees;
      (8)   Claims and bills;
      (9)   Unfinished business;
      (10)   New business;
      (11)   Miscellaneous; and
      (12)   Adjournment.
   (B)   The order of business may be varied by the presiding officer, but all public hearings shall be held at the time specified in the public notice of hearing.
