§ 94.31 PROTECTION OF FIRE HOSES AND EQUIPMENT.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any vehicle over a fire hose, except when specifically ordered to do so by a member of the Fire Department, and then only with due caution and care.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to perform an act which damages or may damage any piece of Fire Department equipment regardless of whether that equipment is stored or being used to abate a fire.
