§ 92.04 AIR QUALITY STANDARDS; POLLUTION.
   (A)   Air quality standards adopted by references. The Ambient Air Quality Standards and Air Pollution Control Regulations, as published by the state’s Pollution Control Agency, and all subsequent revision, additions and deletions therefrom are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully stated and written herein, except as modified hereafter.

   (B)   Other pollution standards.
      (1)   Water quality standards adopted by reference. The water pollution control standards and the rules and regulations pertaining to said water quality standards, as published by the state’s Pollution Control Agency, as in effect on the effective date of this section, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully stated and written herein. This includes compliance with the standards established by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s NPDES/SDS Construction Stormwater General Permit MNR100001 (CSW Permit) and the MPCA’s Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems General Permit MNR040000 (MS4 Permit).
      (2)   Watershed district standards adopted by reference. The rules and regulations of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District pertaining to water quality, erosion control, permits and prevention of the pollution of surface and subsurface water resources within the city are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully stated and written herein.
      (3)   Department of Natural Resources standards adopted. The rules and regulations of the state’s Department of Natural Resources pertaining to the protection of land and water resources are hereby adopted by reference as they exist on the effective date of this section and hereby made part of this section as if fully stated and written herein.
