§ 91.02 DEFINITION.
   DRONE means a powered, aerial vehicle that:
   (A)   Does not carry a human;
   (B)   Uses aerodynamic forces to provide vehicle lift;
   (C)   Can fly autonomously or be piloted remotely; and
   (D)   Can be expendable or recoverable.
