§ 70.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Violation of any provision of § 70.22 of this chapter shall constitute a petty misdemeanor, subject to the penalties provided by law for petty misdemeanors.
