191.09 FEDERAL AID CONTRACTS.

Any contract with a Federal agency for loans, advances, grants or other Federal aid to the Village shall be approved by the Solicitor as to form and legality and after approval and authorization by ordinance of Council, passed in accordance with the requirements of Ohio R.C. 731.17, shall be executed by the Board of Control.
