There is hereby levied an annual five dollar ($5.00) license tax under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4504.171 to take effect beginning in 1994 and that revenue derived from such tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the Village of St. Bernard.
