The accumulated sick leave time and accumulated injury on the job time provided for herein shall be considered as separate and distinct benefits. In no case, shall an employee be entitled to charge sick leave time against accumulated injury on the job time, or to charge injury on the job time against accumulated sick leave time, except with the approval of the responsible administrative officer.
