There is hereby established the office of Plumbing Commissioner, who shall be a resident and elector of the Village and have at least five years’ experience in plumbing. He shall hold office until the expiration of the term of the Mayor appointing him and until his successor is duly appointed and qualified.
He shall perform such duties as are required by the laws of Ohio and the ordinances of the Village.
