153.01 APPOINTMENT; QUALIFICATIONS.

There is hereby established the office of Building Commissioner. The Building Commissioner shall assume the duties of Home Improvement Program (HIP) Inspector. The position is to be filled by appointment of the Code Assistance Officer and the Director of Public Service and Safety.
