147.03 REMOVAL OF MEMBER FOR ABSENCE FROM MEETINGS.

Should any member of the Board be absent from three consecutive regular meetings, the Mayor, with the approval of Council, may remove the member from the Board, declare the office of the member vacant and appoint a successor for the unexpired term of the member so removed.
