Section 10.02 AMENDMENTS TO THE CHARTER.

It is the desire of the people of the Municipality that this Charter be flexible and be able to meet the changing conditions and needs of the Municipality, as it grows and develops. Amendments to this Charter may be made in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article XVIII, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. (Amended 5-2-23)
