Section 9.05 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS.
   Whether the Municipality is a city or a village, the conduct of elections, the power to recall elective officers and the rights to initiative and referendum shall be governed by this Charter and shall remain the same. (Amended 5-2-23)
