The requirements for quorum, regular meetings, and special meetings shall be governed by Ohio Revised Code § § 731.44 - 731.46 as presently codified or hereafter amended. Council shall conduct "open" meetings in accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 121.22 as presently codified or hereafter amended.
Council shall maintain a journal in accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 731.45 as presently codified or hereafter amended and shall have the power to establish its own rules and to punish or expel members in accordance with Ohio Revised Code § 731.45 as presently codified or hereafter amended.
