   (a)   Violation of any section of this chapter shall result in ejection or suspension from all parks in the Village of St. Bernard.
 
   (b)   Unless otherwise provided for in the Codified Ordinances of St. Bernard or Ohio R.C. violation of any section is a minor misdemeanor.
