547.05 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

No person shall use, consume or possess with the intention of using or consuming alcoholic beverages in any park except for the following:

(a) In the designated area where an F permit has been issued.

(b) In the designated area where a picnic permit has been issued by the Village of St. Bernard.

(c) In the designated area of a sporting event authorized by the Director of Public Service and Safety.

(d) In the designated area of any other village function as authorized by the Director of Public Service and Safety.
