(a) No person shall dispose of branches or limbs that exceed two inches in diameter nor five feet in length by including such materials in their yard waste. All branches and limbs shall be neatly bundled.
(b) While the fall leaf pickup program is in progress, leaves may be placed in the street gutter. Placing of leaves in the street gutter any other time is prohibited.
(c) Except as provided in subsection (b), placing any yard waste in the street gutter or street is prohibited.
