739.08 APPEAL.

Any applicant who has applied for and been denied a license under Section 739.04, or has a license issued under Section 739.04 revoked, may appeal to the Director of Public Service and Safety. Notice of appeal shall be filed with the Director of Public Service and Safety within fourteen (14) days after such denial or revocation.
