All recyclables voluntarily set out for the collection within the Village shall be set out for collection so that recyclable materials are separate from the solid waste, garbage or yard waste. All recyclable materials itemized in Section 923.14, or as periodically modified by the Village Administration, and may be co-mingled in the recycling container.
