(a) All containers, plastic bags, or refuse should be neatly arranged on the curb so as not to block the sidewalk.
(b) All containers, plastic garbage bags or refuse shall be set out for pickup at least once a week on the regular collection day.
(c) For collection and disposal purposes, yard wastes shall be separated and placed in a separate container from any other garbage or waste.
(d) In no instance will medical wastes, hazardous material, commercial waste or construction waste be collected other than as provided for in the rules for waste collection.
(e) No person shall place syringes or needles for pick up unless such are in a sharps container or similar sealed plastic container.
