923.09 GARBAGE TO BE PLACED IN CONTAINERS PROMPTLY.

No garbage or waste shall be allowed to remain exposed in any building or on any premises for a longer time than shall be reasonably necessary to remove and deposit the same in proper waste containers. (Ord. 31-2023. Passed 10-12-23.)
