Section 6.01 POWER TO TAX, SPEND AND INCUR DEBTS.
   The Municipality shall have all powers granted to municipalities, by the Constitution and general laws of the State of Ohio now or hereafter in effect, to impose taxes, expend funds for public purposes, incur debts, borrow money, and issue bonds.
