There shall be a Treasurer who shall be elected for a term of four years, commencing on the first day of January next after the election, and who shall have all powers and duties accorded to a city treasurer under Ohio Revised Code §§ 733.42 - 733.47 as presently codified or hereafter amended and the Constitution and general laws of the State of Ohio now or hereafter in effect. The Treasurer shall be an elector of the Municipality.
