1355.04 COMMERCIAL AND/OR INDUSTRIAL DRIVEWAYS.

(a) Commercial and /or Industrial Driveways must comply with TITLE 8 Driveway Regulations and Pavement and/or Right-of-Way Openings Hamilton County Engineers Office, Openings by the municipality - see Ohio R.C. 723.02 Excavation liability - see Ohio R.C. 723.49 et seq. Digging, excavating and piling earth on streets - see Ohio R.C. 5589.10 Excavations - see S.U. & P.S. Ch. 1020 Street Construction - see S.U. & P.S. Ch. 1022.
