1345.03 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

Application for a permit hereunder shall be made on proper form and, when deemed necessary by the Director Planning/Development, shall include plans drawn to scale, showing exits, aisles, seating arrangements, details of structural support of tent, seats, platforms, and any other information which the Director of Planning/Development may require.
