1345.01 GENERAL.

   (a)   Scope. Portable Structures, Tents, Drop Boxes, Canopies, Membrane Structures and Portable Storage Units, shall comply with:

      (1)   The Ohio Fire Code, Specifically Rule 24.

      (2)   The provisions of this ordinance

      (3)   The Ohio Revised Code and;

      (4)   The National Electrical Code
