(a) There is hereby created a special revenue fund that shall be titled “Clerk of Court Computerization Fund”, and said special revenue fund shall be separately numbered by the Auditor and Treasurer, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 1901.261(B)(1), for the purpose stated.
(b) The Mayor shall include in the schedule of fees and costs for Mayor’s Court, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 1901.261(B)(1), an additional fee not to exceed ten dollars ($10.00) on the filing of each cause of action or appeal.
(c) All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited into said fund for the purposes of computerization, training, software purchases and maintenance of said equipment for the office of the Clerk of Court.
(d) All disbursements from said special revenue fund shall be authorized by ordinance.
