(a) There is hereby created a special revenue fund that shall be titled “Mayor’s Court Computerization Fund”, and said special revenue fund shall be separately numbered by the Auditor and Treasurer, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A)(1), for the purpose stated.
(b) The Mayor shall include in the schedule of fees and costs for Mayor’s Court a fee of not more than three dollars ($3.00) on the filing of each cause of action or appeal.
(c) All fees collected pursuant to this section, as generally authorized by Ohio R.C. 1901.261(A), shall be deposited into said fund for the purposes of computerization of the court, procuring and maintaining computerized legal research services, or both.
(d) All disbursements from said special revenue fund shall be authorized by ordinance.
