739.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, in addition to any penalty already provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined no more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each violation shall constitute a separate offense, and each entry upon different property shall constitute a separate offense.
