351.16 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE PARKING
   (a)    The parking of a commercial vehicle on any street within a residential zoning district shall be prohibited. This regulation shall not be interpreted to apply to commercial vehicles used for conveying the necessary tools and material to premises where labor, using such tools and materials is to be performed during the time of parking such vehicles, or to commercial vehicles in the process of temporarily loading or unloading deliverable goods.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to any vehicle while in the use by the Village, public utility, cable company, or any other governmentally entity. (Ord. 30-2006. Passed 11-2-06.)
   (c)   Commercial Vehicle shall be defined as follows: Any vehicle, no matter what its gross vehicle weight, used or designed to be used for business or commercial purposes and which, in addition, negatively infringes upon the residential character of a residential district. These vehicles include, but are not limited to: a bus, cement truck, panel truck, semi-tractor, semi- trailer, or any other non-recreational trailer used for commercial purposes, stake bed truck, step van, tank truck, tar truck, box truck, or tow truck, but does not include a passenger car, pickup truck, passenger van or utility van provided it does not exceed 8 feet in height or 20 feet in length.
