539.01 RAT CONTROL PROGRAM.

The Board of Health is authorized to conduct a continuous program of rat control, including procedures for the extermination of rats by trapping and poisoning, elimination of rat harborage and food supply, ratproofing of buildings, maintenance of inspection and other rat control services, and education to inform, and secure the cooperation of the public.
