505.20 RESTRICTIONS ON THE NUMBER OF DOGS AND CATS.

(a) It shall be unlawful to keep or harbor more than any combination of four dogs and/or cats, six months of age or older on any single dwelling premises or per rental unit for multi-dwelling premises used or zoned for residential purposes and less than two acres in area.

(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
