505.11 BARKING OR HOWLING ANIMALS.
   (a)    No person shall keep or harbor any dog or cat within the Municipality which, by frequent and habitual barking, howling, yelping, or making any noise that is of such a character, intensity and duration as to disturb the peace, quiet and good order of the Municipality. Any person who shall allow such an animal to remain, be lodged and/or fed within any dwelling, building, yard or enclosure, which he occupies or owns, shall be considered as harboring such dog or cat.
   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor A second or subsequent violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
