1519.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates subsection 1519.04 (i) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)   Whoever violates any other provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree for a first offense and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months or both.
