1163.05 LOT AREA. FRONTAGE AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.

   The following minimum requirements shall be observed, except as otherwise provided in Chapters 1177 and 1179.

5 acres or more	None	30 feet	None; except when adjoining any R-District; then not less than 25 feet	None; except when adjoining any R-Districts; then not less than 40 feet

   Dwellings or residential parts of nonresidential dwellings are not permitted in M-2 Districts.
