1155.06 LOT AREA, FRONTAGE AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   The following minimum requirements shall be observed, except as otherwise provided in Chapters 1177 and 1179.
   (a)   Commercial Uses. None.
   (b)   Residential Uses. Same as in the R-3 District.
