The Village has the right to eject from the Municipal swimming pool any person conducting himself in a disorderly or obnoxious manner, and to refuse re-admission on a later date to the person; and if the person is the holder of a pass issued by the Village, the Village has the right to declare the pass forfeited without refund. The Village also has the right to refuse admission to any person presenting himself at the pool in an unwholesome or undesirable condition.
