901.01 AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND SAFETY DIRECTOR.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is authorized to adopt rules and regulations governing the making of excavations in streets, alleys, sidewalks and public ways of the Village and the manner in which the paving is to be restored.
