Every distributor shall furnish to the Chief of Police, prior to the fifth day of each month, a duplicate list of all new contracts for the sale, leasing or renting of one or more pinball machines entered into during the preceding month with persons doing business in the Village and give the names and addresses of the persons and dates of the contracts. The Chief of Police shall file one copy in his office and one copy with the Auditor's office. The Police Department shall use these monthly listings to check the exhibitors to see that the proper fees have been paid and that the proper license is displayed on each pinball machine as noted. No licensed pinball machine shall be moved from one location to another or from one room to another on the same premises, unless the new location is approved by the Chief of Police, and duly noted on the Chief's records.
