721.06 GAMBLING PROHIBITED.

All pinball machines and all premises in which the machines are maintained or exhibited shall be open to inspection by police at all times. If any pinball machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the State or the ordinances of the Village, such a machine may upon proof, be seized and destroyed as in the case of a gambling device.
