(a) The St. Bernard park premises known as Vine Street Park and Ross Avenue Park shall close at 11:00 p.m. and no person shall enter or remain within or on any park premises or recreational facility after that time, or enter any park premises or property before 6:00 a.m., except with the written permission of the St. Bernard Recreation Director.
(b) All other St. Bernard park premises shall close at 10:00 p.m. and no person shall enter or remain within or on any park premises or recreational facility after that time, or enter any park premises or property before 6:00 a.m., except with the written permission of the St. Bernard Recreation Director.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each subsequent violation of this section within a one year period shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
