541.11 REMOVING GARBAGE OR RUBBISH FROM TRASH CONTAINERS.

(a) When waste has been set out in containers, bundles or bags, on a public street or alley for collection by the Sanitation Department, no person shall remove any of the waste from any container, bundle or bag.
(Ord. 3-1957. Passed 1-17-57.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
