539.03 IMPROVED PREMISES TO BE RATPROOFED.

It shall be the duty of the owner, lessee or other responsible person in control of improved real estate premises, to provide for effective ratproofing of the same and to keep them effectively ratproofed in accordance with the regulations and specifications of the Board of Health.
