(a) The following are declared a public nuisance and offensive to the public health, welfare and safety of the people of the Village and shall be abated in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(1) The deposit, storage, maintenance or collection of junk, junk motor vehicles or garbage, outside a building or building on private property for more than seven days.

(2) Any motor vehicle found which is the subject of any violation of Codified Ordinance Section 303.10.
(3) A junk motor vehicle as defined by this chapter left in the open or any abandoned motor vehicle as defined by Ohio R.C. 4513.63.
