521.12 MERCHANDISE DISPLAYS.

(a) No person shall use any street or sidewalk area, including the lateral strip area between the street and sidewalk, for the display of merchandise or for any advertising display without the written permission of the Mayor.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guitly of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
