(a) Any company, business, organization, agency or individual who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and punished as provided in Section 501.99.
(b) If any violation of any provision of this chapter is a continuing one and each day of such violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(c) Any individual director, officer or agent of a corporation who knowingly authorizes or orders a violation of this chatper shall be subject to the penalties under this section without regard to any penalties to which the corporation may be subject.
