(a) There is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference as if set out at length herein for the purpose of providing for the administration of rules and regulations for the protection of the environment of the Village, the following laws of the United States and the State of Ohio:
(1) The Federal Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.
(2) The Federal Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), 42 U.S.C. 9601 et seq.
(3) The Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RECLA), 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq.
(4) The Federal Superfund Amendments and Pre-Authorization Act of 1986 (SARA), 42 U.S.C. 9604 et seq. (9607).
(5) The Federal Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.
(6) The Federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (SARA), 42 U.S.C. 11001 et seq.
(7) The Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. 300 et seq.
(8) The Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act, 49 U.S.C. 2001 et seq.
(9) The National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.
(10) The Rivers and Harbors Act of 1989 (Refuse Act), 33 U.S.C. 407 et seq.
(11) The Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.
(12) The Noise Control Act, 42 U.S.C. 4901 et seq.
(13) The Federal Land Policy and Land Management Act, 43 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.
(14) The Endangered Species Act, 16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.
(15) The Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act, 15 U.S.C. 2641 et seq.
(16) The Ohio Air Pollution Control laws, Ohio R.C. Chapter 3704 et seq.
(17) The Ohio Solid and Hazardous Wastes laws, Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734 et seq.
(18) The Ohio Water Pollution Control laws, Ohio R.C. Chapter 6111 et seq.
(19) The Ohio Emergency Planning laws, Ohio R.C. Chapter 3750 et seq.
(20) The Ohio Hazardous Substances laws, Ohio R.C. Chapter 3751 et seq.
(b) Reference to a particular title or section listed above includes any amendments that have been or may hereafter be enacted in substitution therefore and any plans or regulations adopted in accordance and pursuant to the above laws.
(c) Compliance with the above laws, regulations, notification procedures and other requirements is expected and required.
